Ryan Reynolds, Scarlett Johanson breaks up after two years of marriage

Green Lantern star Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johanson had gone separate ways after two years of marriage. A representative for the estranged coupled confirmed the break up.

In statement, Ryan and Scarlett said the decision to split was a mutual one, and requested the public for privacy as the family deals with the break up of their marriage.

“After long and careful consideration on both our parts, we’ve decided to end our marriage,” read the statement.

“We entered our relationship with love and it’s with love and kindness we leave it. While privacy isn’t expected, it’s certainly appreciated.”

Sources say that their marriage suffered from the strain of their schedule, which did not help as the couple attempted to work on their marital issues.

'Glee Season 2' Gives Back to Kids This Christmas Season (PHOTOS!)

The Christmas Season had come early among Glee Season 2 cast as they give back to "give kids something to sing about." Glee Season 2 cast were in full force in a volunteer event to promote schools for the disadavnatged through Education through Music (ETM).

According to their Web site, ETM founded to promote the integration of music into the curricula of disadvantaged schools in order to enhance students' academic performance and general development.

ETM forms long-term partnerships with inner-city elementary schools that lack the resources to develop school-wide music programs. We ensure high-quality instruction by hiring qualified music teachers, providing ongoing training, and performing regular program assessments.

Ten (10) winners of the students from ETM-LA partner schools (ETM Los Angeles affiliate) joined the Glee cast yesterday (December 7th).

American Express has also tied up with ETM by donating $1 to Education Through Music for every ‘like' to their MEMBERS PROJECT Facebook page between November 29th and December 5th. So far, more than 500, 000 had 'liked' the page.

Chelsea Handler calls Angelina Jolie a 'home wrecker' (VIDEO)

Comedienne Chelsea Handler called Angelina Jolie a "home wrecker" who stole her friend Jennifer Aniston's husband Brad Pitt. The Chelsea Lately host took on Angelina for saying she has no female friends, berrating her for being a "bitch."

"She's a homewrecker, she is," Chelsea said. 


"She can rescue as many babies from as many countries as she wants to. I don't f***ing believe you. She gives interviews, 'I don't have a lot of female friends.' Cause you're a f**king c**t ... you're a f***ing bitch."

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt met while filming Mr. & Mrs. Smith, but Jolie had previously denied that she dated Pitt while he was still married to Aniston. Pitt and Aniston separate ways, and the top Hollywood actor then became the life partner of Jolie, with whom he has three biological children, and three adopted ones.

"Chelsea is the best thing to happen to Jen...  Chelsea isn't afraid to tell Jen the truth even if it is painful. Google Translate Can Also Beat Box!

Beyonce's husband, billionaire rapper Jay-Z may have a new competition. At least, in cyber space that is. Google recently revealed that Google Translate can also beat box!

According to Google, this is how Google Translate works:

When Google Translate generates a translation, it looks for patterns in hundreds of millions of documents to help decide on the best translation for you. By detecting patterns in documents that have already been translated by human translators, Google Translate can make intelligent guesses as to what an appropriate translation should be. This process of seeking patterns in large amounts of text is called "statistical machine translation". Since the translations are generated by machines, not all translation will be perfect. The more human-translated documents that Google Translate can analyse in a specific language, the better the translation quality will be. This is why translation accuracy will sometimes vary across languages.

Full Statement of Erin Marie Barry, Alleged Lover of Tony Parker, Eva Longoria's husband

Erin Marie Barry, the alleged lover of Eva Longoria's husband San Antonio Spurs player Tony Parker, had broken her silence on the affair in a statement posted on her own Web site.

In the statement, Erin denied having an affair or even pursuing the 28-year old NBA player, who is team mate to her husband Brent Barry. As with  the Desperate Housewives  star and Parker, Erin and Brent Barry are also undergoing divorce proceedings.

"It has been brought to my attention that people who do not know me think that I have had an affair with Tony Parker. I have received hundreds of emails and phone calls from supportive friends who do know me and know that what is being insinuated about me is a complete lie. 

"I am so busy with my children and law school studies that to take even a few moments out of my day to address this ludicrous issue is an annoyance. I only take the time to explain myself because apparently my silence, as a result of my indifference, has been construed as an admission of guilt. These are my words and this is the last you will hear from me on this subject because I have more important things to do.

"I DID NOT HAVE AN AFFAIR WITH TONY PARKER, nor did I “pursue” Tony Parker. Unfortunately, because our divorces are occurring at the same time, great speculation has been cast on our friendship. What keeps me awake is wondering how the 5-year-old who was taken away from her abusive family is sleeping during her first night in a children’s shelter. I worry about friends fighting overseas and whether or not they will return home to their families. 

"I worry about the health of my children, my family, and my friends. I worry about soccer uniforms, carpool, immunizations, baseball practice, paying the bills on time, grocery shopping, the kid’s homework, and so many other things that may seem menial to some people; but to me are everything. Right now I worry about my law school finals… being a first year law student is much scarier than dealing with gossip!"

Can Twilight star Taylor Lautner really carry Kristen Stewart all day? In  the newly released Eclipse  Blu-Ray/DVD, Taylor Lautner, as the werewolf Jacob Black carries Bella Swan, played by Kristen on the third instalment in the Twilight Saga.

In the commentary for the Blu-ray/DVD edition, the hunky Hollywood actor said “They were like, ‘Can you just carry Kristen for the day?’ I’m like, ‘Sure.’ It can’t be that hard, she’s 110 pounds…how hard could that be? Just a few shots.”
